Private Piano Teacher Melodic Fruit Studio Boxborough, MA Melodic Fruit is a Recording Studio & Music School, committed to helping our community of artists, musicians, and music lovers shape their path with the right tools. We offer recording, mixing and production services, as well as music lessons, ranging from instrument lessons all the way to music production lessons, provided in studio or at-home.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Piano Teacher to join the Melodic Fruit Studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a love for teaching students of all ages.
Duties:
- Provide engaging and comprehensive piano lessons to students
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students’ skill levels and goals
- Teach music theory, technique, and performance skills
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and examinations
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching piano to students of various ages and skill levels
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field (preferred)
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Background in adult education
- Knowledge of dance or tutoring techniques
- Familiarity with curriculum development for music programs
