PORT CITY MUSIC

is currently accepting applications for a voice instructor to join our team of teachers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Instructors provide one-on-one voice instruction with students in levels (beginner to advanced) and ages (5 to adult)
• Instructors will work around 1-2 days a week, and have back to back students for approximately 3-6 hours each day.
• Our studio teaches lessons throughout the summer and school year.
• Instructor has the freedom to create and compile their own lesson plans, curriculum, and method of teaching.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a Music degree OR experience teaching private lessons before
• Must have own transportation
• Must be interested in working with students of all ages and experience, cultivating relationships with students and their families, and providing a fun and educational atmosphere
• Must be available Monday and Tuesday afternoons and evenings
• Must be able to provide a resume with at least two references
