We’re looking for a vibrant, creative, and caring Music Teacher to join our growing educational team! In this role, you’ll get to do so much more than just teach music—you’ll inspire students of all ages and abilities to discover their voices, pick up new instruments, write original songs, collaborate in bands and ensembles, and even explore music production using DAWs- all while connecting with the community. We offer a wide variety of music programming, from one-on-one lessons to group classes, band coaching, songwriting workshops, performance showcases, and much more. Whether it’s building confidence through a first lesson, creating beats in a digital audio workshop, or guiding a student band through their first live show—this position is all about helping musicians grow in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. What You’ll Do Create and teach engaging music lessons tailored to different ages and skill levels. Lead private and group instruction in instruments, vocals, songwriting, ensemble work, and more. Encourage creativity, collaboration, and personal expression in every student. Support classroom behavior and social-emotional development through positive strategies. Work closely with our team to integrate music with broader educational goals. Lead/participate in fun performances, recitals, and jam sessions to showcase student growth. Continue growing as an educator with access to professional development opportunities. Who You Are A skilled musician and confident teacher with experience in music theory and performance. Comfortable teaching multiple instruments, voice, or digital music tools (or excited to learn!). Experienced with behavior management and able to support diverse learning needs. Patient, enthusiastic, and able to connect with students in childcare, classroom, or tutoring settings.
