Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Educate students in specific subjects, such as Culinary Arts, Ballet, or Adult Education, ensuring clarity and comprehension. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, employing behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support to students, particularly those requiring special education assistance, fostering their academic growth and personal development. Utilize effective classroom management strategies to promote student engagement and participation. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Qualifications Proven experience in an instructional role, preferably with experience working with students in various age groups.
