CHBS Dean’s Office Student Worker 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 201 Donaghey Ave, Conway, AR 72035 The College of Health and Behavioral Sciences Dean’s office is in need of a student worker to work Monday – Friday, 15 – 20 hours a week. Job Duties and Responsibilities Sorts and files records into correct folders within the office filing system. Makes updates to the CHBS marketing materials. Responsible for helping plan events such as receptions and opening meetings. Curates newsletter using the design template. Assists in planning and implementing the CHBS Student Research Symposium. Assists with student and faculty needs including but not limited to unlocking classrooms, unlocking lockers, and making copies. Creates reports for college assessments and leadership meetings. Helps with the social media and marketing needs for CHBS and the ITC. Assists with communication between the college and departments which includes but is not limited to save the dates and faculty announcements. Assists Associate Deans and Program Specialists as needed. Other duties as assigned.
