Responsibilities:

A two-year, full immersion experience into the discipline of Mission Integration with the focus on “learning by doing”, the BayCare Mission Fellowship prepares the Fellow to succeed as a leader within the field of Mission and Ethics. A customized program of learning and application will be based upon the needs of the organization, the fellow’s identified areas of opportunity, background and goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in pursuit of a Master’s Degree in a Theology related field is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Theology related field.
