We’re seeking a visionary, relational, and theologically grounded leader to serve as our first Director of Faith & Work . This is a unique opportunity to launch and grow a dynamic ministry that equips people to see their vocations as platforms for worship, mission, and discipleship—right here in the heart of Atlanta. As the Director of Faith & Work, you’ll work under the leadership of our Executive Pastor to build a new ministry from the ground up—one that helps people live out their faith meaningfully in the everyday places God has called them. From leading cohorts and curating content to shepherding individuals and creating spaces for gospel-centered vocational exploration, this role is all about equipping people to follow Jesus through their work.

Your Impact Will Include:

Casting vision and shaping strategy for a robust, long-term Faith & Work ministry. Teaching and curating classes, forums, and events on calling, vocation, and cultural engagement. Leading cohorts tailored to industry groups (e.g., creatives, educators, business leaders). Shepherding individuals toward clarity in their calling and joy in their work. Developing lay leaders to lead small groups focused on vocational discipleship. Creating resources (studies, podcasts, articles) that ground work in the gospel. Partnering with leaders in Atlanta and beyond to strengthen the Faith & Work ecosystem. Cultivating a culture where work is seen as a vital arena for discipleship and mission. Who We’re Looking For – We’re looking for someone who: Is relational and pastoral , with a deep heart for discipleship. Communicates complex theological truths with clarity and grace . Is a natural connector , comfortable with CEOs and creatives alike. Thinks strategically and entrepreneurially , with the ability to build from scratch. Is collaborative, teachable, and thrives in a team-oriented church culture . Is passionate about gospel transformation and equipping others for lifelong mission. Qualifications A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ Deep understanding of a biblical theology of work and cultural engagement Excellent communicator—both written and verbal A humble, shepherding presence who walks well with others Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships Skilled in resource creation, curation, and content development Bachelor’s degree required; graduate theological training strongly preferred 5-7 years of experience in ministry, leadership, or vocational discipleship Marketplace experience is a valuable bonus
