Mission:
Provide direction and oversight to Grace Students and Grace College, as well as the student ministry staff team.
Values and Responsibilities:
Align leaders Oversee the recruitment and development of the student ministry volunteer team
Lead and manage the student ministry staff team
Ensure the integration and alignment of student ministry with the mission and vision of GFC and the Family Life Team
Facilitate the annual planning process for student ministry
Serve as the implementing leader of strategies, initiatives and processes for student ministry
Create and manage the annual student ministry budge Refine the message Serve as the primary teacher for Grace Students high school ministry
Ensure that teachers, teaching content, and overall direction of teaching aligns with GFC’s mission, vision, values and theology as well as relevant needs of students Elevatemunity Contribute to the planning and execution of high school small groups
Partner with students through various means ofmunication
Plan and execute student large group gatherings and events alongside the student ministry team Engage every parent Partner with parents through various means ofmunication
Provide opportunities throughout the year for parents to connect with our ministry
Provide a pastoral presence for families when needed Influence service Work with the Student Ministry Associate on the recruitment and development of the high school Servant Leadership Team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree ormensurate experience, preferably with a ministry related focus
