We’re seeking a talented, full or part-time Adaptive Physical Education Teacher t o join our school-based services team in Boston, MA.

Professional License Requirements:

Applicants are required to have the following, legally mandated certifications. Applicants without these requirements will not be considered.
Hold a bachelor’s degree
Hold a state Instructional Certificate
What to expect from this role: Experience working in schools or with children is a plus but not required.
Provide specialized instruction for students who are physically impaired.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for visually impaired students.
Consult with parents, offering resources and support for their child’s impairment and development.
Utilize assistive technology to enhance learning and accessibility.
Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, and school administrators.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and activities.
Perform all other duties related to special education as required
