Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Upper School Physical Education (PE) Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum in line with RLCA’s academic and spiritual standards. Create a safe, positive, and encouraging atmosphere that fosters physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Use diverse teaching methods to accommodate various fitness levels and learning styles. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character development through physical activities. Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Serve as a positive Christian role model both inside and outside the classroom. Collaborate with fellow staff to support school-wide initiatives and student development.
Qualifications:
A committed follower of Jesus Christ, embracing the mission and core values of Real Life Christian Academy. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Demonstrated passion for physical education and student development. Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Teaching certificate and CPR certification (preferred).
