About the Position ARDE (ardekids.com) is looking to hire an after-school enrichment instructor with extensive physical education coaching experience (experience in teaching parkour would be a great plus) who can start teaching with us in the 2025-2026 school year. This position is perfect for an educator who has extensive experience working with elementary and middle school students, enjoys working with kids, and enjoys watching young students thrive! Applicants for this position should have some availability during mid-afternoon teaching hours (3 pm-5 pm) a few times a week. This position is perfect for part-time teachers, substitutes, retired educators, education students, specialty instructors, etc. We will provide you with the curriculum for the class(es) but strongly encourage you to improve your student experience by enhancing the program with your teaching style and personality. About ARDE Enrichment Classes We are now actively hiring coaches for Ninja Parkour (K-2, 3-5, 6-8) but in the subsequent semesters, you will be able to coach other athletic disciplines. Having experience teaching parkour or free running is a big plus. Who You Are:

• An educator with extensive classroom experience and a strong work ethic
• Must have fingerprint clearance or willingness to obtain one, if needed
• Punctual, reliable, and easy to communicate with via email and telephone
• Have a college-level education or are an education student
• Have a clean background check
• Able to provide at least 2 relevant references
• Availability for after-school hours
