Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher and Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop lifelong fitness habits, teach fundamental motor skills, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship.

Teaching:

Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons aligned with state and national standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Promote physical literacy, health, and wellness. Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed. Develop athletes’ skills, discipline, and teamwork. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Uphold school rules and expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or related field. Valid teaching certification (or eligibility) in Physical Education. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with diverse student populations. Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes. Knowledge of current trends in fitness and youth sports. Willingness to contribute to school-wide events and initiatives.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
