We’re hiring a History and Political Science Instructor to help our students develop critical thinking skills and a deeper understanding of our world—past and present. Southside Virginia Community College seeks a motivated 9-month History and Political Science faculty member to teach 100 and 200-level undergraduate History and Political Science courses. This position will also support institutional advancement with program review and assessment to support student learning. The successful candidate must be committed to our mission to provide quality education to a diverse constituency. Classes taught may be a combination of day, night and/or weekends and may be located on or off campus.
