Compensation:

$70,000 – $80,000 base salary (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee daily operations, curriculum implementation, and compliance
Build upon the strong culture and systems already in place
Lead a large team of educators and support staff with the backing of a strong administrative team
Collaborate with the Regional Director on strategic goals
Support enrollment growth and parent communications
Maintain a positive, nurturing environment for both staff and students What You’ll Need to

Be Considered:

Early Childhood Degree, CDA, or 120+ hours of documented training (per DHR)
Experience with structured curriculum and compliance standards
Strong, approachable leadership style that inspires trust
Demonstrated ability to improve enrollment and team culture
Experience managing layered staff in an educational setting
