Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Center Director to join the leadership team at their premier preschool in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a genuine love for children, and a strong commitment to education. REQUIRED
Leadership Experience:

At least 3-years of continuous experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool with at least 20 staff members and at least 100 enrolled students

REQUIRED
Certification:

Alabama Early Childhood Education Director’s certification Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility
