The job duties include but are not limited to; employee staffing, child enrollment, record keeping, staff retention and embodying our core values while mentoring staff and abiding with OEC regulations. The Director in Training must be a team player and have strong leadership skills and have a flexible schedule to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. B&E Management must possess our core values to/be EDUCATE, NURTURE, MINDFUL, and

CHEERFUL.

The ideal candidates should have at least a CDA or preferably an

ECE ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE/BA

DEGREE and

MANAGEMENT

experience in a childcare center. As well as carry/or be willing to obtain a CT Head Teacher Certificate and Administration Class. The position available is full-time 5 days per week.
