Summary We are seeking a Program Director to join our team at KinderCare Learning Centers. In this role, you will oversee program development and management, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for children. Your leadership will be pivotal in supporting families and fostering an environment where children can thrive. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of children and families. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability of programs. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Build strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners to promote program success. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in program management within an educational or childcare setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent relationship management skills to engage with families and community stakeholders. Experience with budgeting and financial oversight is essential. Knowledge of developmental disabilities or behavioral health is a plus but not mandatory.
