has direct oversight and primary responsibility to plan, develop, organize, manage and coordinate the approved curriculum goals, standards, and learning objective to facilitate personal development and implementation of the early childhood education program. The Childcare Center Director is to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and state, local, and federal regulations. 5 years of childcare management experience, preferred. Skills and Education Requirements Associate Degree or higher in Early Education; Must have active and current Director Credentials with VPK endorsement; Must have active and current CPR/First Aid Certification; Must have active and current
FCCPC/CDA
Credential); Strong leadership qualities, ability to coordinate, inspire and motivate staff; Clear background screening and fitness to work with children; Successful experience as a teacher and administrator in an educational environment; Must be proficient with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Ability to maintain confidentiality.
