This leadership role involves managing staff, developing educational programs, and collaborating with parents and the community to promote the mission of the preschool. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in education administration and strategic planning to enhance the overall quality of early childhood education. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of the preschool, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and program implementation. Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements for early childhood education. Develop and maintain budgets to ensure financial stability while maximizing resources for educational programs. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes child development and encourages family involvement. Implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality and expand enrollment opportunities. Conduct regular assessments of educational programs and staff performance to ensure high standards of care and education. Collaborate with parents, community organizations, and educational institutions to support children’s learning experiences. Provide leadership in staff training and professional development opportunities to enhance team effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in education administration or management within an early childhood setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on program development and improvement. Proficient in budgeting and financial management within an educational context. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, staff, and community partners.
