The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and experience working with students in a childcare or educational setting. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Develop and implement educational programs that promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality team. Collaborate with parents and guardians to build strong relationships and support children’s development. Monitor children’s progress and adapt programs to meet their individual needs. Maintain accurate records related to enrollment, attendance, and compliance with licensing requirements. Create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages learning and exploration. Experience Proven experience in education administration or a related field is essential. Experience working with students in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable. A background in higher education teaching can be an asset for developing curriculum and educational strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff members. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents, staff, and community stakeholders.
