Executive Director – Childcare Creative World School Naples, FL 34109 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and experience working with students in an early childhood education setting. This role is crucial for creating a nurturing and educational environment for children, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering relationships with families and staff. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children. Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children. Educate staff on best practices in early childhood education and provide ongoing professional development opportunities. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children’s growth and development. Manage administrative tasks including enrollment, budgeting, and compliance with state regulations. Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership. Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Qualifications Valid Florida Director Credential. A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field is preferred.
