This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing atmosphere that promotes learning and development. Duties Develop and implement educational programs that align with state standards and best practices in early childhood education. Manage the preschool budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality programming. Lead and mentor teaching staff, fostering professional development and encouraging a collaborative team environment. Oversee enrollment processes, including marketing strategies to attract families to the preschool. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and health and safety standards. Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships that support children’s learning and development. Conduct regular assessments of programs and staff performance to ensure continuous improvement. Participate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance the preschool’s mission and vision. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in education administration, preferably within an early childhood setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
