Arts and Crafts Studio Manager Kids Creation Stations 11246 West Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa, FL 33635 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Studio manager to oversee our dynamic learning environment. This role is essential in creating a nurturing and engaging atmosphere for children, ensuring that all programs run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to manage both staff and students. Duties Lead and manage daily operations of the studio, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children Oversee classroom management, ensuring effective behavior management strategies are in place Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and studio activities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Organize events and activities that promote childhood development through interactive learning experiences. Qualifications Experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting is required. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred Certification in first aid is desirable to ensure the safety of all participants. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
