Job Description:
Directly supervise and evaluate preschool teachers and staff. Be able to create a loving, safe , and positive learning environment. Plan and implement professional development opportunities for staff. Oversee daily operations of the preschool, including classroom activities, schedules, and facilities. Ensure facility meets state standards and licensing requirements. Manage and prepare budgets, monitor expenses, collect and record tuition in childcare management program Develop and implement strategies for family engagement and involvement in the preschool. Develop and implement strategies to maintain existing students and recruit new families. Provide tours and information sessions for prospective families.
Job Training Requirements:
45 Hours Introductory Child Care Training Must Pass Level II Background Screening CDA or CDA Equivalent (Staff Credential) Directors Credential (Preferred but not required)
Childcare Management Experience CPR and First Aid Certification Preferred Job Type:
