Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Director to join the leadership team at their premier preschool in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a genuine love for children, and a strong commitment to education. REQUIRED

Education :

BA+; education-related field preferred

Credentia l: Valid Florida Director Credential Level 2 with VPK endorsement

REQUIRED

Leadership Experience:

At least 5-years of continuous experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool with at least 20 staff members and at least 100 enrolled students Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility
