Experienced Preschool Director We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in preschool leadership and a strong understanding of all aspects of managing a successful preschool program.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Thorough knowledge of the School Readiness Portal , VPK Portal , and the Food Program Proven ability to manage daily operations , ensure compliance with licensing standards , and maintain a nurturing and educational environment Skilled in parent communication , including leading parent-teacher conferences Capable of planning and conducting professional development for staff Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Bilingual – English and Spanish Responsibilities include: Overseeing curriculum implementation and daily classroom activities Managing enrollment, staff scheduling, and compliance documentation Serving as the main point of contact for families and staff Conducting regular staff training and development sessions Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate environment for children If you are passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a team of dedicated teachers, we would love to hear from you.
