Director Early Childhood Programs Scion Staffing Miami, FL 33147 Scion Staffing is seeking a visionary Director of Early Childhood Programs for our fantastic client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underrepresented communities in the Southern Florida area.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee early childhood programs, ensuring the delivery of exceptional value-added services that foster a safe, caring environment for students. The ideal candidate will have experience in Head Start and Early Head Start programs, managing multi-campus operations, developing budgets, and supervising large teams. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong professional teams across multiple locations.
• Implement program curricula and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting for various programs.
• Foster community relationships and partnerships.
• Supervise staff, including training and development.
• Ensure continuous quality improvement through data analysis and strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in supervisory roles within childcare or youth management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Experience with government funding processes (Head Start and Early Head Start programs) and compliance is mandatory.
• Proven track record in budget management, staff supervision, and program development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• This role involves frequent travel to multiple locations within a metropolitan area.

The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This onsite role based in Southern Florida, offers a starting salary of $85,000 – 91,000 (DOE) annually. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Employees also receive paid time off for vacations, holidays, and sick days.
