Preschool Director Little Treasures Preparatory Academy LLC Miami, FL 33178 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role involves strategic planning, effective management of staff, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. The Preschool Director will play a vital role in shaping the curriculum and guiding the overall direction of the preschool. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of education and care provided. Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children. Manage staff recruitment, training, and professional development to maintain high teaching standards. Collaborate with educators to create engaging curricula that meet the developmental needs of children. Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding early childhood education. Establish and manage budgets effectively to ensure financial health of the preschool. Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community to promote involvement in school activities. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continually improve educational practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in educational leadership or administration within an early childhood setting. Strong skills in strategic planning and budgeting to effectively manage resources. Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building and staff development. Knowledge of current trends in early childhood education and best practices for child development. Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents, staff, and community stakeholders. Ability to create a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development for both children and educators.
