Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with parents, children, and staff to create a thriving school environment Lead, coach, and inspire a team of educators to provide top-quality early education Drive enrollment and ensure high occupancy through exceptional customer service and sales efforts Oversee daily operations and maintain compliance with state and educational guidelines

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Leadership & Management Experience in education or customer service industries Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a Plus Strong Communication, Sales & People Skills
