Overview:

Role Requirements:
Belief in Jesus Christ as Savior and practice an active Christian faith. Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Early Childhood Education. 1-2 years of experience in a preschool leadership role. Current CPR & First Aid certification. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with other administrative platforms. Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Flexibility and enthusiasm are needed to provide education and care for children from infants to 5 years. The ability to problem solve and offer creative and strategic solutions. The ability to resolve conflicts among teaching staff or with parents. Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations in the absence of the Preschool Director. Provide classroom support and substitute for teachers as needed. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Ensure adherence to the safety policies and procedures of the preschool. Support curriculum implementation, including WEE Learn, FrogStreet/DIG, and weekly Chapel lessons. Organize preschool events and facilitate parent tours of the facility. Help manage student files and keep preschool records up to date. Assist with planning various preschool events. Complete other various preschool-related tasks requested by the Director.
