Job Title:
Pre-School Director Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff, curriculum, and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing standards
- Develop policies, budgets, and educational programs
- Supervise teachers, handle student and staff issues
- Communicate with parents, staff, and government agencies
Requirements:
- Florida Child Care Directors Credential
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- 5+ years of experience in early childhood education

Licensing Responsibilities:
- Communicate with state and local authorities to obtain necessary licenses and permits for the new childcare center
- Oversee the process of getting the building licensed, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner
Marketing and Enrollment Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective parents
- Confidently represent the school and its programs to prospective parents, highlighting its unique features and benefits
- Build relationships with prospective parents, responding to inquiries and providing tours of the facility
- Collaborate with the enrollment team to meet recruitment goals and ensure a smooth enrollment process
