Here are the requirements:
Ability to oversee planning and development of educational programs. Ability to build relationships with families and staff. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task situations and assignments successfully. At least five years of strong leadership experience in a director role. Budget and financial acumen preferred. Bachelors or master’s degree in early childhood education. Must meet Director license requirements for Florida.
