Preschool Director Pathway To Success Ministries Inc. 1530 S Fort Harrison Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33756 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role is crucial for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners while ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children. Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance curriculum and educational programs. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-quality teaching team. Collaborate with parents, staff, and the community to promote the preschool’s mission and values. Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements related to early childhood education. Prepare and manage the preschool budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Educate staff on best practices in early childhood development and effective teaching strategies. Skills Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide staff in delivering quality education.
