Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Center Director to lead their brand-newchildcare center being built in St. Augustine, FL (St. John’s). The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a genuine love for children, and a strong commitment to education. REQUIRED

Leadership Experience:

At least 3-years of continuous experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool with at least 85 enrolled students and at least 20 employees; experience opening a new school strongly preferred Experience with Gold Seal Quality Care certification required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility
