The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a proven track record managing a childcare center.

Requirements :

Must have prior experience managing a licensed childcare facility Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of licensing regulations and early education best practices We will only consider applicants who have previous experience managing a childcare facility Duties Supervise and support child care staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Manage operations of the school with the leadership team working under your guidance Ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control Ensure compliance with brand regulations and licensing requirements related to child care operations. Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional communication. Manage daily administrative tasks including enrollment processes, budgeting, and record-keeping. Collaborate with community organizations to enhance program offerings and resources available to families. Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and implement improvement plans as necessary. Skills Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential. Strong background in education administration to effectively manage the operational aspects of the facility. Ability to educate both staff and parents on child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. A degree from a university in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment for children while ensuring that the highest standards of care are met within the facility.
