Childcare Director Cherished Memories Childcare Center Hampton, GA 30228 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our child care program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and experience working with students in a education setting. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the child care facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and implementing educational programs that foster growth and development. Duties Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children. Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education. Manage daily operations, including enrollment processes, budgeting, and compliance with licensing regulations. Collaborate with parents, staff, and the community to promote a positive learning environment. Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and program effectiveness. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. Organize training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff members. Qualifications A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred. Experience in childcare administration is a non-negotiable. Proven ability to educate and engage students effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in an educational setting. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, staff, and community members.
