About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring a nurturing, inclusive environment for children, families, and educators. The Program Director will lead a skilled team, implement best practices in early childhood education, and promote Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). The ideal candidate is an experienced administrator who values social-emotional learning and integrates behavioral supports into high-quality programming. What You’ll Do Lead program vision, strategy, and day-to-day management of a licensed early education center. Supervise and support a diverse team of educators, education coordinators, and support staff. Implement and oversee behavioral support strategies, including PBIS and individualized interventions for children. Foster family engagement, community partnerships, and culturally responsive practices. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations and maintain quality standards aligned with NAEYC accreditation. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master’s preferred). Eligible for certification as a Program Director by MA EEC. At least 5 years of experience in early education, including 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in early childhood development and positive behavior supports (e.g., ABA, RBT, BCBA, PBIS). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
