About the Role Asthe Early Learning Director at the Amesbury YMCA, you will lead andsupport a team of passionate educators to provide exceptional careand learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

You will oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-artcenter, managing all aspects of programming, staffing, compliance,family engagement, and team development.

In Your Day-to-Day, YouWill:

Guide and inspire a team of early education professionals.

Build strong, trusting relationships with families and caregivers.

Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Ensureprogram excellence through compliance with DEEC regulations andYMCA standards. Oversee enrollment, curriculum implementation, andstaff scheduling. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as aLead Teacher, Site Coordinator, or Director in early education.

Deep understanding of DEEC regulations and early childhooddevelopment best practices. Strong leadership, communication, andorganizational skills.
