Summary As a Program Director at KinderCare Learning Centers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs that foster children’s growth and learning. This position is essential in ensuring high-quality care and education while supporting our mission to provide exceptional services to families. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of educational programs that meet the needs of children and families. Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability of programs. Implement strategies for program evaluation and improvement based on feedback and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in program management within an educational or childcare setting. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and relationship management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
