Full Job Description Position Title:

Center Director (or Senior Center Director, based on experience) Reports to: Area Director Job Summary The Center Director for Our Future Learning Center – Natick is responsible for operational and instructional leadership at the school. They support the development of staff, set learning objectives, and work to build a rapport with teachers and families. Education and Professional Certifications Have or are obtaining a BA, preferably in early childhood education or related field. Must be Director II certified per the Mass. Department of Early Education and Care. Knowledge Strong time management and organizational skills. Strong understanding of curriculum. Ability to work as a part of a team. Clear understanding of developmentally appropriate practices, including conversations, behaviors, and needs. Responsibilities Provides operational and instructional leadership at Our Future Learning Center. The Director trains and supervises staff, sets instructional objectives, and works to build a rapport with teachers and families. Adheres to the rules and regulations outlined for early education and care for large group settings by EEC, as well as the policies and procedures outlined in the OFLC staff handbook.
