Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Lead and mentor teaching staff, promoting professional development and best practices in early childhood education. Manage budgets effectively to ensure resource allocation aligns with educational goals. Engage with families to build strong relationships and support their involvement in their children’s education. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make strategic improvements as needed. Market your business, conduct tours, and secure enrollment- focus on growing and retaining families. Requirements Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within early childhood settings is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, families, and community partners. Experience with budgeting and financial management is preferred. Must meet state licensing requirements to be a Director of a licensed child care center .
