Annual Salary:

Job Description Preschool Program Manager Required Skills and Education:

EEC Lead Teacher (Infant/Toddler/PS/Pre-K) Certification is required High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a preschool classroom Completion of state Preschool Lead Teacher requirements Minimum 1 year of experience managing programs or others Must be at least 18 years old

Preschool Program Manager Job Responsibilities:

A Preschool Program Manager will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center. Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child’s day, spend time in classrooms to perform assessments on teachers to help them improve their skills. Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to ensure that the curriculum created by our teachers are developmentally appropriate. Lead, mentor, and model behaviors for a team of teachers including trainings, new employee orientation, and budgeting for classroom supply lists. Provide a link between management and employees, which enables them to communicate the ideas, attitudes, suggestions, and concerns of employees in their program to management Cadence Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
