Each One Teach One Learning Center is seeking an experienced, passionate educator ready to take the next step into leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and grow a brand-new location by leading a team of educators and shaping the culture of the school. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual who is ready to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision Lead, support, and inspire teaching staff to deliver high-quality care and education. Serve as a role model in the classroom and provide on-the-job training and professional development. Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for staff, children, and families. Program Development & Operations Oversee daily operations to ensure licensing compliance, health and safety standards, and curriculum implementation. Work closely with staff to support instructional planning and developmentally appropriate practices. Assist in classroom management and provide direct support in classrooms when needed. Marketing & Enrollment Growth Partner with leadership to market the new location, promote community engagement, and grow enrollment. Represent the center at local events and with prospective families. Help establish and promote the school’s mission and values. Family & Community Engagement Build strong relationships with families through open communication and support. Address family concerns with professionalism and care. Collaborate with community partners to enhance the school’s visibility and resources.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. At least 3 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for working with children and supporting educators. Knowledge of licensing regulations and early childhood best practices.
