Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (strongly preferred) 2+ years experience as a Lead Toddler Teacher, ideally in a Montessori setting Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills A growth mindset and a genuine passion for early childhood education A collaborative spirit with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude Montessori certification or training from an accredited program (preferred)
What You’ll Do:
As a Toddler Lead Teacher , you will: Create a purposeful, peaceful, and inspiring environment for children ages 15-36 months Foster independence, empathy, and confidence through the principles of Montessori education Lead a classroom that balances structure and spontaneity , encouraging hands-on exploration and self-discovery Partner with families through meaningful, transparent communication and support Collaborate with an engaged team of educators, administrators, and specialists Contribute to a culture of inclusion, warmth, and professional excellence Receive ongoing support and autonomy as a leader in your classroom
