The ideal candidate will possess a strong background is early childhood education, admin background in a childcare setting, program management, and relationship management. This leadership role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of care for our families and staff while overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the organization. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of programs that support children and families Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development. Oversee program development and evaluation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, community, staff, and children. Implement policies and procedures that promote best practice. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance service delivery. Requirements Must have a current​ qualification letter. Must be at least a level 2 Admin Certification and provide the Works sheet from DCDEE providing qualification. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing teams effectively. Experience in program management, including development, implementation, and evaluation of services. Excellent relationship management skills, capable of engaging diverse individuals effectively. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
