What We’re Looking For:

North Carolina Early Childhood Administrator Credential

• Level III (Required) Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Preferred) Proven leadership experience in a licensed childcare/preschool setting (Infants through afterschool) Deep understanding of NC Pre-K program operations and licensing rules A passion for quality care and the ability to lead a team with professionalism and consistency

What You’ll Do:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool Support and supervise staff while ensuring policies and procedures are followed Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and regulatory agencies Uphold and exceed NC licensing and NC Pre-K standards Build a culture of care, trust, and accountability

What We Offer:
