If you are passionate about program planning, creativity, and have supervisory or management experience, this is the perfect role for you. We’re looking for strong, dedicated leaders to provide high-quality programs for children at our elementary school sites and beyond. As a Site Director, you’ll play an essential role in overseeing the Before & After School programs, as well as the School’s Out Program at our local school sites. Under the direction of the Director of School-Age Programming, you’ll manage daily operations, curriculum development, and staff supervision. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and implement engaging daily programs and curriculum at your assigned site Ensure compliance with NH Child Care Licensing regulations and maintain accurate documentation Integrate Character Development and YMCA core values into daily activities Collaborate with fellow directors in weekly meetings, workshops, and YMCA training sessions Supervise, mentor, and train site staff and volunteers to ensure quality programming Build strong relationships with school staff, parents, and community partners Be available for school breaks, holiday programs, and our summer camp initiative

Position Specifics:

Full-Time Position Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00

Merrimack Valley & Concord, NH Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 20 years old High school diploma or GED One of the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or Recreation Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education Recreation Director certification with 1000 hours of experience working with children 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education, Human Growth & Development, Education, or Recreation plus 1000 hours of experience working with children Why Choose Granite YMCA?
