Summary As a Preschool & Elementary Education Director at KinderCare Learning Centers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of young children. Located in a supportive environment, you will lead a team dedicated to fostering growth and development while ensuring high-quality care and education. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with state regulations and KinderCare standards. Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff to provide high-quality educational experiences. Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability of the preschool. Implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality and enrollment. Foster relationships with families, providing support and resources to meet their needs. Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and program effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within early childhood settings. Strong budgeting and financial management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, families, and community partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
