Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Center Director to join our team at Lightbridge Academy. In this role, you will lead our center in delivering high-quality educational experiences while supporting working parents. Your leadership will be pivotal in nurturing a safe and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the child care center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for staff, children, and parents. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of care and education. Build strong relationships with families to support their involvement in their children’s development. Monitor children’s progress and ensure appropriate assessments are conducted. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Proven experience in education administration or child care management. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with families and staff. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
