Kid Krazy is known for their excellence in developing our young learners. We seek educators who value the importance of ECE and wishes to grow and learn in their field. We provide continuous Professional Development for our teachers.

Salary:

$60,000 – $70,000 +Health benefits +401 K The following requirements are needed:

QUALIFICATIONS

:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Or, Working towards a Bachelors or Masters in ECE with at least 9 credits already completed in ECE (Must be actively attending classes and a continuous study plan)
• New York State Certification in Early Childhood Education Birth-Grade 2 or Childhood
• At least 2 years experience working in an ECE classroom
• Have strong Classroom management skills
• Familiar with Common Core, Work Sampling, Ecers and ESI-R
• Ability to lead a team of assistant teachers
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize the needs of the UPK Program
• Experience working with parents while maintaining ongoing communication regarding their children’s progress and schools’ policies and activities.
• Strong understanding of child development
